What we do and how we do it so well

Tired of t-shirts that are uncomfortable and don't fit individual personalities, we were searching for something fresh and unique. We finally found what we were looking for but the brands that sold the clothing were high end, exclusive, and expensive. So, with this in mind, we made it our goal to solve this problem as well as others and create a high-end, exclusive, and inexpensive clothing brand that would cater to the consumer. Masculine, Feminine, Black, White, Purple, Green or whatever you want to call it, we are a little bit of everyone and everything. We represent hype beasts, sneaker heads, high society, the fashionable, the jocks, fixie fiends, the British, the world traveler, trend-setters, the consumer and whomever else you can think of. We are a little cocky and we have the vision, but to be in the business of making clothing you have to be a little out there. To put it in perspective...we are not out there, we are right here and we are right now.
Great personal style is made up of a certain percentage of "always" items and methods, mixed with a certain percentage of "sometimes" fashions, and a certain percentage of "nevers". -Scott Schuman

The Stephen Sprouse Collection

graffiti skateboard with trunk for $8,250 each

New York’s SoHo Louis Vuitton store is celebrating the launch of Louis Vuitton’s Stephen Sprouse collection by hosting cocktail parties at their flagship store and transforming SoHo’s Greene Street store into a Stephen Sprouse shrine.

For instance, the company is wrapping the store in vinyl and spray painting neon graffiti all over the facade. The window display will feature a 6-foot neon light installation in Sprouse’s Rose motif. The store’s interior, enhanced with black brick wall facing, will also be sprayed with the neon graffiti.

The collection will launch in its entirety at the SoHo boutique on Thursday. The complete worldwide launch will follow on Feb. 2, though the Rose pieces will be available at Louis Vuitton stores worldwide starting Friday.

Adidas’ 60th Anniversary

This is the Adidas Torsion Sleek which is made up of white leather, patent leather seagreen stripes and red accents. Yeah it looks real 1980's and I like the pastelle color scheme.

Fcuk Jimmy Choo's

Say hello to Richelieu shoes in calf and suede. The Lanvin Spring/summer collection 2009 by Lucas Ossendrijver. MMMMMmmmmHHMMMM. There is really not much more of a description of these shoes. For a company that usually makes sneakers, these are a big step away, and may I say a proper step indeed. The detail is just insane and for a good reason cause they will cost you $826.58. check them out at colette.

Bigger, Sleeker, and Lasts Longer!

The New 17" MacBook Pro is finally here for all of you who have $3,000 to spend (really $2,799 USD but who can tell the difference. We are in a recession, so what does it matter that you drop 3g's). It does come with some new specs:
  • 700:1 contrast ratio
  • 60% greater color gamut
  • 8 hours on a single charge
  • can be charged 1000 times (surprisingly most notebooks only get 200-300 charges, so g-damn apple!)

Taking Things Into My Own Hands

So, after an unfruitful Monday of trying to find a worthy pair of shoes at my local mall, a couple stores, and every online vendor I could find, I was fed up. Everything I found had been done a million times or just wasn't me. I was impressed by some Nike 6.0s I saw in a local Journey's, and always had a sort of secret crush on Onitsukas, but nothing clicked. Then a friend** made me realize, the only way to really get something that's me is to just do it myself. So, in spirit of what we're trying to do here I purchased some waterproof Sharpies and these:
I'm going to be custom designing these things with whatever comes to mind. I was thinking of going with a Sun and Moon kind of design, with one shoe for each side. But the point of this story is that if these shoes turn out aright and you guys like the finished product, I've been considering making custom shoes another service offered by Ursa. Though it might take a little more time to get those out to you since we need to do each by hand, let us know what you think.

UPDATE: After a day of work, here's what I have to show:
