What we do and how we do it so well

Tired of t-shirts that are uncomfortable and don't fit individual personalities, we were searching for something fresh and unique. We finally found what we were looking for but the brands that sold the clothing were high end, exclusive, and expensive. So, with this in mind, we made it our goal to solve this problem as well as others and create a high-end, exclusive, and inexpensive clothing brand that would cater to the consumer. Masculine, Feminine, Black, White, Purple, Green or whatever you want to call it, we are a little bit of everyone and everything. We represent hype beasts, sneaker heads, high society, the fashionable, the jocks, fixie fiends, the British, the world traveler, trend-setters, the consumer and whomever else you can think of. We are a little cocky and we have the vision, but to be in the business of making clothing you have to be a little out there. To put it in perspective...we are not out there, we are right here and we are right now.
Great personal style is made up of a certain percentage of "always" items and methods, mixed with a certain percentage of "sometimes" fashions, and a certain percentage of "nevers". -Scott Schuman

Umi (Prototype)

So here it is...your first taste of Ursa, hot and sticky, right off the presses. Here's Umi bear, our mascot, in his preliminary stages. Think of him and a lot of what we do as Homestar Runner meets Kid Robot, if that helps you. And yes, before you ask, that is in fact Brad Pitt. Undertones galore.

Ubiq x Jun Watanabe Fatima

To me this shoe has been done just right. It is attention grabbing but has just enough subtle details. A true stunner. I'm a big fan of Ubiq shoes, but never buy them cause I don't want to pay the shipping from across the pond. Cheapo

A Week In Pictures

In this week's installment of "AWIP" we got pictures from the Big Apple. If you haven't been to Soho, NYC then you have done yourself a grave disservice. You have missed out on the one part of New York with the most fashion, style, and personal presence. Sometimes its hard not to loose yourself. Home to clothing brands from SUPREME, Kid Robot, BAPE, and BBC to Gucci, Luis Vuitton, and Marc Jacobs (which is quite difficult to find). Last week I had the privilege of roaming those street with Soho B and Kevin. I'm not sure if any store was left un-seen. We even found a new spot that I think every person visiting the city or living in the city should experience. Its called Kiosk and just like Seinfeld, it is a store about nothing. Check out the picks and when you finish, head on over to Kiosk and check out what they have fore sale.

Kodi Baer, Over and Out/?

In the beginning there was nothing. And then...

Hey, everyone. Welcome to Ursa Major, our privately operated t-shirt company that is dedicated to bringing fashion to the masses, wherever and whoever they may be. What you see now is just the beginning, but there's much more to come. Right now we are perfecting our mascot, tentatively named Umi, to be the face of Ursa, and we hope to update you all with pictures soon.

Right now, several shirts are designed and ready for printing, and we'll have a gallery also up soon so you can see what suits your fancy and if you're feeling what we're doing here. Ursa is made for and by the people, so any and all suggestions and whatnot is appreciated. If you see a shirt you like and want to see more of that style, or less of something, let us know.
